NAME: Sakura
SERIES: Card Captor Sakura
HISTORY:
Sakura is a ten year old girl who accidentally opened a magical book that contained several magic cards that were spread throughout the city. Within the book there was a guardian by the name of Keroberos (Kero-chan for short). Sakura suddenly finds herself with the task of collecting the escaped cards or else some kind of disaster would befall the worl. Along her journey she’s supported by a friend Tomoyo and by a rival that later gains a crush on her, Shaoran. Sakura also has a crush on Yukito, a friend of her brother Touya. Once the cards are collected it is revealed that Yukito wasn’t really human: he was the temporary form of Yue the other guardian of the Clow Book. Sakura is forced to defeat him or else everyone would forget their loved ones. Despite not wanting to hurt him she is forced to fight him and manages to win over with her own reborn magic of the stars becoming the master of the Clow cards and also of Keroberos and Yue. However trouble returns to Tomoed in the form of Eriol, who is the reincarnation of Clow. Eriol gives Sakura many challenges just so she can change the cards so that they don’t lose their powers. When all the cards are changed it’s revealed who Eriol really was. It’s also in this moment that Shaoran reveals his feelings for Sakura. And because I’m evil I’m taking Sakura right before he says he loves her so she’s still clueless.

PERSONALITY:
Sakura is a very cheerful and optimistic girl. She always stays strong no matter how difficult a situation she finds. She also sees the best in everyone. She’s very friendly and cares about other people. She’s also observant – for example she see the trees holding the soil and thinks of using Wood to control Earthy. She can also be considered responsible - though reluctant, she recollects the Clow Cards since she released them and doesn’t want people to get hurt. She also does her chores at home without complaint, knowing her father and brother have their own jobs. Sakura is very athletic and excels in many sports. She also learns things easily, like how she learned how to ice skate in one afternoon.
Sakura trusts people way too easily and that could lead to people taking advantage of her. She’s awfully naïve sometimes and doesn’t guess things easily.
She’s also really gullible – she always believes Yamazaki’s stories no matter how many times they’re proven to be lies. She can be very dense sometimes (for example about Shaoran’s feelings for her)
Sakura is also very scared of ghosts because of her brother. That fear is one thing she can’t win over and many times when there is trouble because of the cards she thinks it might be a ghost instead.
